This Breath of Life Fund is to remember and celebrate the life of my Granddad, Brian Tooze. On the 7th May 2011 he passed away after struggling with a Lung disease called Emphysema. There is not a day that goes by where all of his friends and family do not miss him and he will always be remembered for the brave, kind, loving and special person that he was. Everyone says that they have the best grandparents ever, and he really was a shining example of just how great they can be. I hope that this Fund can help towards caring for people like my Granddad, and the families who need support and advice through the difficult times.
